| NOTES | | | It`s a new event on the Nationwide Tour and golf`s most famous Colombian will
have something to do with it. Camilo Villegas is playing in the Honda Classic
this week, but he will be serving as something of a host for this
championship. He will host a dinner during the week, then fly to Florida for
the Honda. Villegas was even given a dispensation by the PGA Tour to allow
him to miss the pro-am. This will be the first tournament in South America in
Nationwide Tour history and the first time a PGA Tour-sanctioned event will
be played on the continent for official money. There is no television
coverage this week. Three weeks from now, the Nationwide Tour comes home to
the United States for the Louisiana Open. Bubba Dickerson won the title in
2009 and is expected to be in the field to defend his title.
