INSTRUCTIONS

First: Enter your bet in dollars where it says "Amount Bet". If you are only interested in finding out the payout factor, you can ignore this field.

Second: Enter the lines of up to 5 wagers into the column marked "Lines". 
Use a minus sign ("-") for a favorite, but not for an underdog.

Third: Click "Calculate".

Please Note: Do not enter anything into the "Factor" column.
